GRUPO AEROPORTUARIO DEL PACÍFICO, S.A.B. DE C.V. (hereinafter “PRIMESKY”) and its subsidiaries (listed below), with an address at Av. Mariano Otero 1249-B, Torre Pacifico, Floor 6, C.P. 44530 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, issues this Privacy Notice in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter the “Law”) for its website www.aeropuertosgap.com.mx (hereinafter the Website).
“Subsidiaries” of PRIMESKY shall refer to the following entities:

The personal information you (hereinafter “the User”) have provided directly or through printed or electronic means to PRIMESKY and/or its subsidiaries has been collected and will be processed by PRIMESKY and/or its subsidiaries under the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility, in accordance with the provisions of the Law. This Privacy Notice aims to ensure that the processing of your Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information (hereinafter “Information”) is legitimate, controlled, and informed, with the purpose of guaranteeing your privacy and your right to informational self-determination.

PRIMESKY and/or its subsidiaries commit to keeping all Personal Information secure and confidential (reserving the right to disclose this information under the circumstances set forth below).
If PRIMESKY and/or its subsidiaries provide Personal Information to authorized third parties, only the information necessary to offer you better service when using the website of PRIMESKY and/or its subsidiaries will be provided. All authorized third parties are strictly prohibited from using the user’s Personal Information for any other purpose and may not share such Personal Information unless required by applicable law.
By registering on the Website or a related website, the user acknowledges and accepts that they may receive information about offers and promotions unless they cancel their subscription.
